Location data

Location is used to match customers with nearby providers. Jobs and provider profiles may store latitude and longitude when you choose to share your current position. You can always post a job using suburb and city only — location permission is never required.

Contact details

When you post a job as a guest (no account), you provide your name and phone. Exact customer phone and WhatsApp are only shown to a provider after you select them for the job. Before selection, provider responses show ratings, verification, and general area — not your private contact info.

Payments

QuickFixes does not collect card payments or process job fees. Customers and providers arrange payment directly outside the app.

Provider subscriptions

Providers pay a monthly QuickFixes subscription for listing and job alerts. Subscription status is stored on your provider profile.
